We started Ambient on a simple conviction: as AI becomes the infrastructure behind the decisions that run businesses and lives, it can't stay something you're forced to take on faith. Intelligence this important should be something anyone can verify, no one can quietly degrade, and everyone can help run.
So that's what we're building: an open network of independent GPUs, a consensus that verifies every inference, and intelligence priced like a utility instead of a gatekeeper. The long-term goal is bigger than any single model. We want to make verifiable intelligence an open, neutral public good.

Proof, not promises. Every inference is checkable by anyone, at no extra cost. If you can't verify it, you shouldn't have to trust it.
Private by default
Zero data retention, no training on your prompts. What you send to the network never sticks around or gets sold.
Open and neutral
No gatekeeper, no lock-in. Open weights, an open network, and an API you can walk away from, kept neutral so it can't be quietly degraded or coerced.
Owned by everyone
The network belongs to the people who run it. Anyone with a GPU can serve the model and earn, not a single company deciding who gets access.
